We Dodged a Bullet With Miers

Thank God Miers has been dumped. What a triumph for the conservative community, and what a great day for America. It is now clear that this quota queen would have been a repeat of the execreble Sandra Day O'Con-Artist. This so-called "moderate conservative" was responsible for erasing 14th Amendment equal protection from the Constitution, at least for white males, and at least for the next 25 years. Miers' writings and speeches reveal a borderline illiterate, morally and legally, who would have been prepared to dump the Constitution in favor of whatever her "feelings" were indicating on any given day. This is what 30 years of promoting incompetent females and minorities has done to our nation. America has been brought low by affirmative racism. Bush has been put on notice - better dance with the ones who brought you. No more quota queens.

Dump Miers

James Dobson reports that Karl Rove told him that Miers was selected after first eliminating all males from consideration, and then only after other femailes turned down the offer.

Thus Miers' nomination, and not opposition to her, is the sexism here. The Supreme Court is no place for quotas. Bush succumbed to the pressure to view Sandra Day O'Connor, the first affirmative action disaster, as possessing a seat available only to females. This is sufficient reason to reject any female nominated to replace O'Connor.

Miers must go, for many reasons, foremost of which is the sexist anti-male discrimination that is the basis of her selection. If she is allowed to sit on the Court, her decisions must be rejected as illegitimate.
