New Scam - Impersonating an Illegal Alien
Americans are among the world's best scam artists. Our schizoid combination of prissy busybody laws, Yankee individualism, and hatred of authority combine to create a culture that values beating the system. Nothing captures the essence of America better than people who brag about how they blackmailed their doctor with the threat of a malpractice suit in order to get a bogus handicapped parking sticker.
So I wonder how long it will take for Americans to catch on to a new scam - impersonating an illegal alien. Illegal aliens get so much for so little - free schooling, free medical care, driver's licenses, Social Security, in state tuition, housing, job preference, affirmative action, preferential admission to Harvard - by simply showing up.
The beauty of impersonating an illegal alien is that they are untouchable. No one can challenge your claim to be an illegal alien - and there's no way they can prove you aren't illegal. You don't even need a fake ID - although a fake Mexican matricula consular card may help. Illegal aliens don't have to go through the hassle that citizens have to do to get their freebies - as an illegal, you automatically go to the front of the line. Bureaucrats can't jump fast enough to cut corners and break rules to get illegals the freebies that U.S. freeloaders have to wait for months in line to get.
With a fake Mexican matricula consular card, you can get a driver's license and establish an entire new identity. Think of the possibilities. You can continue to hold down a job as a US citizen and collect freebies at the same time by impersonating one or more illegals. Or, you can quit your current job and double your take home pay by taking advantage of the tax breaks that are available to illegals.
Illegals don't have to pay any taxes, so your paycheck won't have Social Security, federal or state withholding - meaning you will make double your current salary. This is how illegals can afford to send billions of dollars back to Mexico while working mimimum wage jobs here.
But you have to act fast. How long do you think it will be before before they pass a law that makes it illegal to impersonate an illegal alien ?
