First Amendment Repealed:: Monday, December 15, 2003 ::
Sandra Day O'Connor has suceeded in repealing two Constitutional Amendments in less than six months.
She repealed the 14th Amendment - Equal Protection under the Law, with her opinions in the Michigan affirmative-racism case.
Now she has repealed the First Amendment, freedom of speach, by ratifying the McCain-Feingold Incumbent Protection Act, which disallows any last minute truth-telling before elections.
At this rate the "Supreme" Court will nullify entire Constitution in no time. Does anyone care?

Sorry - despite what the teacher's unions say - the single most important resource is a willingness to learn. And that's the one thing the education bureaucracy will never be able to develop in students.
